My first drawing tablet was a Wacom Bamboo Create and it was a medium size. I read a lot before picking that based on what other people were recommending and reviews. I have to say that getting that size was a mistake. Why? Because I work small, I draw small, and the way I draw just doesn't use the whole arm. And I found it annoying that the whole tablet drawing area was mapped to my screen, so I had to move my arm more in order to select a specific drawing tool and then move back to the drawing. So when I got a new tablet, I went for a Wacom Intuos small. Yeah, I'd prefer the buttons be on the side but I didn't find it worth paying 3 times the price for the Pro version just for that and tilt function. Drawing is mainly just a hobby for me. I am pleased with my non-pro tablet. I got it because I could not get my older tablet's pressure function to work since I moved to Windows 10. With the newer tablet, I'm finding it easier to get the lines I want. Less movement needed from me
